Meditation is a natural and relaxing practise that can be done by anyone, anywhere at any time. Studies show that regular meditation can reduce blood pressure, help to stabalise blood sugar, reduce anxiety and increase productivity.

Sit or lie comfortably and allow your mind to relax and experience how this simple practise can have a positive impact on your life. Susi will guide you through a simple process that can be completed within any time frame that works for

you and in any setting that you choose (or is available). 

Susi’s meditation group sessions run for approximately 1 hour (depending on the group).

Cost $25 per session
